Transpersonal Art Therapy is an individuation process that requires exploration and integration of spiritual dimensions expressed in the imagery (archetypal symbols) of dreams and art. It is artistic images and symbols that lead to self-transcendence and a redefinition of the personality. It is a model' of Shamanic healing in the use of art in therapy.
